Pig price today in the North still decreases by 500 - 2,000 VND/kg

Accordingly, Hung Yen is the locality that recorded this decrease, with pig price decreasing from 48,000 VND/kg, right after Tet, to 46,000 - 47,500 VND/kg. This is also a common price in the region.

In Hoa Binh, Son Tay, My Duc, Hai Duong, Tuyen Quang, the price of live pigs is fluctuating between 46,000 - 48,000 VND/kg.

The price of breeding pigs in the North is still traded at 1.3 - 1.5 million VND/pig, 7 - 8 kg.

In general, the average price of live pigs in the whole region is reaching over 46,000 VND/kg.

Today's live pig price in the Central and Central Highlands regions has increased by up to 3,000 VND in some places.

Specifically, Lam Dong is the locality reporting this increase, with the price of live pigs up to 52,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, the price of pigs in the remaining localities has not changed much compared to the previous day.

In particular, the price of live pigs in Nghe An is also recorded at 52,000 VND/kg; Binh Thuan is slightly lower, 50,000 VND. Live pigs in Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue are being purchased at 48,000 - 49,000 VND/kg.

In Quang Binh, Binh Dinh, Quang Nam, Ninh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, the price of pigs is reported to be 44,000 - 46,000 VND/kg.

Today's live pig price in the South is up to 56,000 VND

According to records, the price of live pigs in Ben Tre has continued to increase by 1,000 VND to 56,000 VND/kg. Dong Nai reported the price of pigs to be 50,000 - 53,000 VND/kg.

Live pig prices in Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Tien Giang, Hau Giang are also fluctuating at a high level of 53,000 - 55,000 VND/kg.

In the remaining localities such as Vung Tau, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Can Tho, Dong Thap ... live pigs are being traded at around 50,000 - 52,000 VND/kg. Slightly lower prices, around 48,000 - 49,000 VND/kg, are seen in Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong.
