Nova Consumer's prospectus states that this enterprise is currently holding the number one position in the veterinary medicine and aquatic medicine market. Specifically, in the animal health sector, Nova Consumer is effectively exploiting the market, occupying more than 30% of the veterinary medicine market share nationwide. Through a network of more than 1,000 distribution locations from North to South and exporting to more than 27 international markets, Nova Consumer's products are present in developed markets such as the Netherlands, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, etc.

In the animal feed sector, although it has only been in the market for about 9 years, thanks to investing in a modern machinery system with high automation, supplying the market with products of stable quality, this enterprise has gained the trust of livestock farmers. Nova Consumer is gradually becoming one of the leading private enterprises in product development and strictly adhering to Global GAP standards.

In the farm sector, Nova Consumer currently has many pig, cow, and chicken farms that meet Global GAP standards. It is expected that in 2022, Nova Consumer's entire farm system will grow more than double compared to 2021 and will grow significantly by 2025. In particular, in the future, Nova Consumer will develop Mega Farms of 500 - 600 hectares, with a capacity of tens of thousands of sows and hundreds of thousands of fattening pigs.

At the end of February this year, the Center for Analysis and Investment Consulting (SSI Securities Company) commented that the Vietnamese consumer goods market is promising with favorable demographic factors, Nova Consumer has the opportunity to grow in this industry through M&A and organic growth in the coming time.

According to SSI's estimate, Nova Consumer's net profit growth in 2021-2026 is at 26.8%/year, and Nova Consumer has many advantages as a member of NovaGroup to optimize resources, creating synergistic values with other companies in the group.
