According to the approval document for stock trading registration dated October 26, 2023, Nova Consumer Group Joint Stock Company ("Nova Consumer Group" - Stock code: NCG) is registered for stock trading at the Hanoi Stock Exchange (“HNX”). Accordingly, 119.78 million NCG shares of Nova Consumer will be first traded on the registered trading market (UPCOM) at HNX on Thursday, November 9, 2023 with a reference price on the first trading day of VND 38,000/share.

In March 2022, Nova Consumer completed the initial public offering (IPO) of 10.9 million shares at an offering price of VND 44,000/share.
